Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your design. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Full refund within 14 days

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment if no installer from that purchase has been used (the installer was never run successfully on a PC).

After an installer has been used

An installer delivers a digital product to your PC the moment it runs, so used installers can't be refunded. If an installer ran but didn't work, contact us first: we will help, and if we can't fix it we will give you a new installer or a refund.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days if no installer was made after that renewal.

How to ask

Write to support@generals-style.com or use the contact form with the email of your account and the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal; it's faster for you. Accounts with an open dispute are paused until it's resolved.
